Responsibilities
The duties of a consultant (all genders) in our IT business consulting practice are exciting, varied and depend on the client project
In traditional, agile, or hybrid projects you will take responsibility as a program and/or (sub-)project manager (all genders)
Together with the client and our team you plan, execute, control and monitor projects
You keep risk management firmly in focus — this also includes analysis and evaluation of project data and deriving corresponding measures
Preparation of concepts and project documentation (phase schedules, project plans, work package descriptions, etc.)
Requirements
Successfully completed degree or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience in a similar role
At least 5 years' experience leading medium and large programs, projects and subprojects
Strong IT affinity
Knowledge of project/process management, demonstrated by at least one certification (PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA, etc.)
Familiar with project management methods and able to map and explain processes
Goal- and solution-oriented approach
Hands-on mentality
Willingness to travel to client projects in the Rhine-Main area
Strong customer and service orientation and good organizational, coordination and communication skills
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
