About the role
- Work on sustainability projects for companies participating in the Hub
- Support the organization and operation of forums, technical visits, business roundtables and institutional events of the Hub
- Manage timelines, meeting agendas and schedules with participating companies
- Participate in the preparation of institutional materials such as meeting minutes, presentations, drafts and supporting communications
- Provide support to the team in logistical, administrative and operational processes
- Support the development of a knowledge base and benchmarks related to decarbonization
Requirements
- Completed university degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Availability to work in a hybrid model — in-office 3x per week
- Familiarity with topics such as ESG, climate change, climate innovation or the low-carbon economy
- Experience in sustainability, events and institutional projects
- Be proactive, organized and committed to the team’s deliverables
- Interest in learning about complex topics with societal impact
- Enjoy working in a team and in a collaborative environment
- Demonstrate ethical conduct and maturity when dealing with large corporations
- Show curiosity, active listening and respect for diversity
