About the role

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using SQL, PowerShell, and 1E SCALE
- Develop and maintain reports with Power BI for analytics and operational insights
- Integrate APIs for automation across enterprise platforms
- Design Solutions for Windows Core Infrastructure, focusing on client operating systems and related security configurations
- Collaborate on ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, and change management using ServiceNow
- Support enterprise security initiatives, including Zscaler and other endpoint security technologies
- Drive modernization efforts, aligning with Microsoft's Modern Workplace strategy to enhance user experience and productivity
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree
- PowerShell scripting (advanced) – script development and maintenance beyond basic commands
- SQL and Power BI for reporting and analytics
- API integration and automation
- Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune administration
- M365 ecosystem and Modern Workplace concepts
- Windows client and core infrastructure management
- ITIL framework and ServiceNow experience
- Familiarity with Zscaler or similar security solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
