Responsibilities
Support and execute the deployment, maintenance, and evolution of technology projects, with a particular focus on infrastructure in hybrid environments and Azure;
Perform advanced troubleshooting and log analysis to ensure rapid service recovery and operational continuity;
Operate in the Data Center performing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of services and technologies such as servers, storage, e-mail, Active Directory, corporate antivirus, backup solutions, and information security;
Proactively monitor infrastructure health, identify deviations, and apply corrective actions following technical procedures and best practices;
Manage accounts and permissions in local domains, ensuring compliance with internal security policies;
Work on the capacity and availability of corporate networks, controlling and tracking performance and stability through monitoring routines and metrics;
Create and automate scripts and operational procedures, improving Service Desk support and the efficiency of support routines;
Provide technical contributions to strategic infrastructure and cloud projects, ensuring adherence to security, performance, and availability standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT-related fields (e.g., Networking, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Security);
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the area;
Experience with infrastructure in hybrid environments and Azure;
Knowledge of networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and backup solutions;
Monitoring (Zabbix, Grafana), firewalls, and information security;
Microsoft solutions (Active Directory, Exchange, File Server, etc.);
Telephony and videoconferencing systems;
Scripting and automation skills;
Desirable: certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, and ITIL;
