About the role
- Providing technical support for hybrid infrastructure operations at Machado Meyer. Ensuring service continuity and implementation of innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to operations by monitoring the environment, performing troubleshooting and resolving second- or third-level anomalies to ensure continuity of services.
- Track and resolve incident tickets, recording actions to keep documentation up to date.
- Monitor team metrics and indicators, generating reports to support decision-making.
- Execute and enhance area processes, documenting procedures and implementing improvements to optimize operations.
- Participate in the implementation of new solutions, overseeing configurations and documentation to ensure requirements are met and solutions remain available.
- Monitor and document Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and Change Management processes.
- Use monitoring tools to manage active systems and keep the environment operational.
- Administer Azure Cloud infrastructure, FinOps, and the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Collaborate with other teams and engage service providers when necessary to ensure a smooth support flow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Experience with hybrid infrastructure (Azure Cloud and on-premises).
- Experience with the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Experience with advanced information security solutions, vulnerability management, and Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Jira for project management.
- Intermediate English.
- ITIL certification.
- ISO 27001 certification is a plus.
