About the role

• IT Infrastructure Analyst managing and maintaining Microsoft services, focusing on cloud solutions and security practices. Collaborating with various teams on digital transformation projects in Brazil.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Microsoft licensing (EA, CSP, Open, etc.) and corporate contracts
• Deploy, configure and maintain Microsoft services such as:
• Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy
• Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
• Security with Microsoft Defender, Intune, Azure AD, MFA
• Cloud solutions with Azure (VMs, Backup, Storage, Network)
• Support digital transformation projects, cloud migration and hybrid environment modernization
• Prepare technical documentation, license consumption reports and compliance assessments
• Participate in defining infrastructure architecture, capacity and availability
• Monitor environments using tools such as Microsoft System Center, Azure Monitor or other compatible solutions
• Provide level 3 support for incidents related to the Microsoft environment
• Promote information security best practices and software compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in areas such as Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related fields
• Experience in IT infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft solutions
• Proficiency in:
• Windows Server and Active Directory
• Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
• Azure (resource management, networking, backup and security)
• Microsoft licensing (EA, CSP, Open Value, etc.)
• Knowledge of monitoring and management tools such as:
• Microsoft System Center
• Azure Monitor or equivalents
• Microsoft certifications such as:
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• MCSE, MCSA or equivalents
• Experience with:
• Security policies (MFA, Intune, Microsoft Defender)
• Hybrid environments (on-premises + cloud)
• PowerShell scripting for task automation
• Technical English for reading and understanding documentation
