Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Microsoft licensing (EA, CSP, Open, etc.) and corporate contracts
- Deploy, configure and maintain Microsoft services such as:
- Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
- Security with Microsoft Defender, Intune, Azure AD, MFA
- Cloud solutions with Azure (VMs, Backup, Storage, Network)
- Support digital transformation projects, cloud migration and hybrid environment modernization
- Prepare technical documentation, license consumption reports and compliance assessments
- Participate in defining infrastructure architecture, capacity and availability
- Monitor environments using tools such as Microsoft System Center, Azure Monitor or other compatible solutions
- Provide level 3 support for incidents related to the Microsoft environment
- Promote information security best practices and software compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in areas such as Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related fields
- Experience in IT infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft solutions
- Proficiency in:
- Windows Server and Active Directory
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
- Azure (resource management, networking, backup and security)
- Microsoft licensing (EA, CSP, Open Value, etc.)
- Knowledge of monitoring and management tools such as:
- Microsoft System Center
- Azure Monitor or equivalents
- Microsoft certifications such as:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- MCSE, MCSA or equivalents
- Experience with:
- Security policies (MFA, Intune, Microsoft Defender)
- Hybrid environments (on-premises + cloud)
- PowerShell scripting for task automation
- Technical English for reading and understanding documentation
