About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage financial operations and payroll for Westminster Community Charter School
  • Perform accounts payable, accounts receivable, grant accounting, reporting, and financial analysis
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and budgets
  • Serve as primary contact for grant administration financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred) or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years’ related work experience
  • Experience in Fund or Grant Accounting
  • Must possess a detailed understanding of how to account for segregated/restricted funds
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in preparing budgets and financial reports for Government compliance requests preferred
  • Must be fluent in English.
