About the role
- Senior Frontend Engineer responsible for user experience and collaboration across development teams. Working on innovative onboarding processes and ensuring communication with backend services.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop innovative onboarding flows to optimize user experience
- Take full ownership from coding and software design through to refactoring
- Implement, coordinate, and involve internal and external stakeholders
- Develop reusable frontend components and ensure communication with backend services
- Work closely with other development teams and produce technical documentation
- Support security and governance topics
- Design user stories and epics and advise product owners on technical aspects
- Participate in incident management at the 3rd-level support and assume IT responsibility for projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Agile mindset and analytical thinking
- Knowledge of test automation and continuous delivery
- Ideally experience with CI/CD and Azure DevOps
- Highly motivated to dive into technical topics around analytics, tracking, and personalization
- Independent and structured working style with a strong drive for personal development
- Enjoys innovation and has a sense for sustainable solutions
- Good German and English, both written and spoken.
