HPE is hiring a strategic senior finance leader to oversee Corporate FP&A operations and enhance forecasting credibility. This role involves collaboration with C - suite and Board stakeholders and leading a 60 - member finance team.

- Senior Financial Analyst providing advanced financial analysis to support strategic decision-making in modernizing healthcare financial experiences. Collaborating across departments to enhance financial efficiency and drive results.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives
- Analyze financial statements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other financial metrics to identify trends and variances
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to improve business performance
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes
- Collaborate with department heads to gather input and assumptions for financial forecasts and budgets
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts and provide variance analysis
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate financial performance and key metrics
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
- Support strategic planning initiatives by providing financial analysis and modeling
- Evaluate potential investments, projects, and business opportunities through financial analysis
- Assist in the development of long-term financial plans and strategies
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy
- Implement best practices in financial analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and automation
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards
- Assist in the identification and mitigation of financial risks
- Participate in internal and external audits as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or a related field
- Proven experience in developing financial models and conducting complex financial analysis
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial analysis software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CFA, CPA, or other relevant financial certification preferred
