About the role
- Senior Finance Consultant supporting clients in integrated planning and reporting solutions. Working with EPM technologies and financial management systems to improve business processes in Katowice.
Responsibilities
- Integrated Planning and Reporting: Support clients with services in FP&A and financial controlling, assist with challenges in consolidation and reporting, and lead EPM deployment projects.
- EPM Modelling: Provide advisory services, best practice and standards on effective EPM system and process architecture. Help customers to achieve maximum value of their EPM deployments.
- Digitalization of financial processes: Work in teams that combine accounting expertise with IT and process competence deploying and optimizing Enterprise Performance Management platforms.
Requirements
- Proficiency in one of the forementioned EPM technologies including setup, configuration, and customization.
- Technical skills to write integration scripts, advanced logic formula etc. depending on technology you have experience with.
- Strong understanding with finance data modeling, financial reports and statements and knowledge of financial planning processes and / or finance consolidation.
- Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes, including data migration for prior periods, postings, and understanding of financial statements.
- Knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Familiarity with other business intelligence (BI) and Corporate Performance Management (CPM) tools.
- Ability to provide accounting advice and guidance on various process transition-related topics.
- Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting or any other related.
- 5+ years of total consulting experience.
- 2+ years’ experience in Business Process Transition and Business Finance Transformation.
- Relevant certifications in EPM technology of choice are highly beneficial.
