About the role

  • Lead a dedicated team of New Logo Hunters focused on enterprise customer acquisition
  • Define and implement go-to-market strategies in the German enterprise market
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management and territory planning
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Channel & Partners to optimize lead generation
  • Engage directly with senior decision makers (C-level/VPs)
  • Leverage data and insights to refine sales approach
  • Recruit, coach and mentor sales talent

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of enterprise software / SaaS / cloud sales experience
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role managing new business/hunter teams
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring new enterprise customers
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent understanding of the German enterprise market
  • Fluency in German and English (written & spoken)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field; MBA is a plus
