Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and execution of Walmart’s customer promise
- Lead the development of innovative products and platforms for eCommerce, stores, and last-mile delivery
- Collaborate with engineering, design, supply chain, operations, and data science teams
- Define the end-to-end product strategy for Walmart’s Promise platform
- Own the roadmap for delivery accuracy, fulfillment speed, and transparency
- Lead cross-functional product teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions
- Champion the use of data science, predictive analytics, and machine learning
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers and senior leaders
Requirements
- 12+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years in senior/executive leadership
- Proven track record of building and scaling complex, customer-facing platforms in eCommerce, supply chain, or logistics
- Deep understanding of omnichannel retail, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery products
- Strong technical acumen and experience partnering with engineering, data science, and UX to build scalable platforms
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the executive level
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 13 years’ experience in product management or Option 2: 15 years’ experience in product management or related area
