About the role

• Senior Director of Product Management at Walmart leading the customer promise execution. Owning vision, strategy, and development across eCommerce and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and execution of Walmart’s customer promise
• Lead the development of innovative products and platforms for eCommerce, stores, and last-mile delivery
• Collaborate with engineering, design, supply chain, operations, and data science teams
• Define the end-to-end product strategy for Walmart’s Promise platform
• Own the roadmap for delivery accuracy, fulfillment speed, and transparency
• Lead cross-functional product teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions
• Champion the use of data science, predictive analytics, and machine learning
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers and senior leaders

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years in senior/executive leadership
• Proven track record of building and scaling complex, customer-facing platforms in eCommerce, supply chain, or logistics
• Deep understanding of omnichannel retail, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery products
• Strong technical acumen and experience partnering with engineering, data science, and UX to build scalable platforms
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the executive level
• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 13 years’ experience in product management or Option 2: 15 years’ experience in product management or related area
