- provides recommendations for segment-specific portfolio evolution based on market trends
- communicates portfolio strategy effectively to senior leadership
- manages portfolio review processes for a specific segment/area
- ensures monitoring of segment/area-specific portfolio health
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience
- 13+ years of professional experience
- 6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills
- 13+ years in progressively advancing analysis roles
- 5+ years of management consulting, strategy, and/or product evaluation
- 6+ years of direct leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience building business cases in support of product investment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence across executive levels
- Experience in budget management, vendor oversight, and risk/compliance governance
- Proven ability to define and track KPIs and ROI for digital initiatives
- Health industry experience a plus.
