About the role

  • Lead national wholesale sales strategy at World Kinect, focusing on the North America Land Fuel business. Drive market expansion, strategic partnerships, and build a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a national wholesale sales strategy aligned with business goals and market dynamics.
  • Stay ahead of evolving customer needs, competitive threats, and pricing trends.
  • Develop and manage a robust national sales pipeline.
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Oversee key account relationships and ensure delivery of tailored solutions.
  • Ensure sales activities are aligned with financial targets, CRM best practices, and expense management.
  • Partner with Finance, Supply, Credit, Operations, and Marketing to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10–15 years of progressive leadership in wholesale sales or business development
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams
  • Deep understanding of fuel pricing, risk management, and third-party logistics
  • Strong executive presence and a well-established network in the wholesale fuel industry
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and forecasting tools
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
