• Senior Developer leading full stack development projects in financial trading technology. Technical leader ensuring seamless integration and delivering solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Developer will serve as a technical leader within the product and development team, taking ownership of the client portal, admin portal, onboarding journey, and other background services as needed.
• This role involves full stack development responsibilities, utilizing both front-end and back-end technologies, and ensuring seamless integration with internal and third-party services.
• Develop software solutions aligned with the team's strategy and objectives to support business goals.
• Contribute to a culture of technical excellence that delivers robust, secure maintainable software.
• Engage with a progressive and transparent culture of learning and development.
• Continually strive for high cadence and lean agile principles that deliver business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership to others within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience working effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative development team
• Hands-on involvement in the development and delivery of enterprise-level software projects
• Commercial experience of Object-Oriented programming with a good understanding of many modern best practices in this area.
• Experience of using front-end frameworks such as React, Vite and NextJS.
• Experience of using C# and Dot Net Core for back-end services and APIs.
• Experience of working in highly scalable, high performance platforms, e.g. financial trading technology.
• Understanding and knowledge of both relational and document DBs.
• Knowledge of services provided by AWS.
• Knowledge of cloud native CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong awareness of micro services and event based architecture.
• Familiar with LEAN product development.
• Good attention to detail.
