About the role

  • Mobile Developer contributing to the evolution of HR mobile application at SD Worx. Collaborating within a cross-functional team for optimal mobile platform performance and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain mobile application features using .NET MAUI (iOS and Android)
  • Integrate the application with backend .NET REST web services
  • Work with SQL-based data models, understand schema structures, and ensure efficient data access
  • Contribute to architectural discussions, providing input on mobile best practices and performance optimization
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mobile-specific issues related to UI, runtime behavior, performance or API communication
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and consistent mobile user experiences
  • Work with the QA team to support exploratory testing, regression testing, and performance testing
  • Ensure mobile application security following industry best practices
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, grooming, sprint planning, reviews)
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code aligned with team coding standards

Requirements

  • Strong experience with C# and .NET development
  • Hands-on experience with .NET MAUI, Xamarin.Forms, or similar cross-platform frameworks
  • Good understanding of mobile app lifecycle, navigation patterns, and platform-specific constraints
  • Experience consuming REST APIs/Web Services
  • Good understanding of SQL databases, relational models, and data access layers
  • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar)
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues across the full mobile stack – UI, logic, networking, data
