About the role
- Senior Designer in London crafting innovative social-first campaigns with a hybrid team of creatives. Leading design output and strategic direction for multiple key accounts in tech and retail.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the creative output on up to 3 accounts
- Produce campaigns and oversee retainer content
- Develop the design team with your impressive knowledge
- Conceptualise and implement complex integrated campaigns
- Lead innovative ideations and foster confidence within the design team
- Oversee campaign and brand development, retainer workflow
- Direct art content using motion graphics, photography, and video
- Create content through motion graphics and photography
- Ensure quality oversight of outputs from junior team members
- Stay updated with social platforms and industry trends
- Collaborate with client service and community teams
- Present work and build client relationships confidently
- Manage and mentor designers
- Contribute to business development pitches
- Shape and lead presentations for teammates
Requirements
- Experienced creative with graphic design education and 5+ year’s experience from an agency background
- Strong social knowledge
- Experienced in leading teams and overseeing multiple, diverse projects simultaneously
- Branding /strategic design
