Responsibilities
- Manage, coordinate, and run the operations and processes of our Market Measurement solution from data cleaning, QC, to the final calculation of the different performance metrics and market share for the different reported categories.
- Integrate and manage data from various sources using APIs and cutting-edge tools.
- Perform ongoing analysis of data to uncover quality and consistency issues
- Track, report and manage KPIs for the different processes
- Lead the team in charge of the Models & Methodologies processes for the Market Measurement solution.
- Design, and build models and algorithms to enhance data collection methods, quality control processes, clustering and segmentation exercises and data transformation and expansion techniques.
- Effectively communicate analysis results and ensure they translate into concrete and successful actions in the market.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Applied Mathematics, Applied Statistics, Econometrics, Data Science, Computational Mathematics or a related technical field—or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of hands-on demonstrable experience managing and running data transformation and reporting processes, ideally for the CPG industry
- Programming experience and fluency in Python and BigQuery for data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation
- Functional mastery of English (fluency preferred)
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
