About the role

Responsibilities
- In this role you are responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines and the infrastructure to support our clients' needs
- Develop, design and implement data platforms for our clients
- Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes
- Work with both structured and unstructured data sources
- Optimize data ingestion, processing and storage
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts and developers to ensure smooth data operations
- Develop and maintain data modeling and database architecture
- Estimate the effort for your tasks
- Continuously and actively pursue further education in AI
- Share your knowledge with clients and the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or other related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on big-data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL)
- Solid experience with Python, SQL, ETL tools and data modeling
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Ability to work with large, complex datasets at scale
- Experience with data integration and implementing data governance policies
- Ability to understand complex data requirements, communicate them, and develop appropriate technical solutions
