- Collect, process, store, and optimize company data to unlock its full power
- Develop cutting-edge data solutions from the ground up, collaborating with various stakeholders from design to deployment
- Identify automation opportunities for existing and new applications to enhance efficiency
- Create a DataOps strategy and champion best practices to ensure data reliability and scalability
- Innovate and enhance data quality and architecture within scope
- Embrace latest technologies and methodologies to push the boundaries of innovation
Requirements
- Proficiency in Agile Software Development methodologies
- Comfortable with Python, Kotlin, and GoLang
- Proficient in ML frameworks and libraries; able to work closely with Data Scientists
- Experience in architecting and developing production-grade data solutions
- Passionate about working with large-scale datasets; highly skilled in SQL and big data tools like Kafka
- Proficient in Cloud Data Warehouse systems such as Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery
- Familiar with Modern Data Stack, Data Mesh, GitOps; ideally experienced with dbt
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements effectively
- Strong communication skills in English with a collaborative spirit
