About the role

Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and keep internal credit risk policies and procedures up to date, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Communicate the policies clearly and assertively to the business areas;
- Support dissemination of best practices and alignment with the organization’s regulatory and strategic guidelines;
- Support and follow up on internal and external audits, providing information and technical clarifications;
- Represent Sicredi in meetings with BACEN, Febraban, OCB and other regulatory and industry representative bodies;
- Map departmental processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Law, Statistics, Engineering, Actuarial Science and/or related fields;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
- Proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work in regulatory environments and coordinate with multiple stakeholders;
- Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning;
- Organization and time management skills;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of programming languages is a plus — we work with a significant volume of data, and this skill can provide greater autonomy when responding to audits;
