About the role

  • Managing your own ledger.

  • Training and onboarding new team members.
  • Ensuring cash targets are achieved and debtor days reduced.
  • Preparing accurate forecasts, reports and KPIs.
  • Overseeing statements, chasing letters, direct debits, journals, refunds and write-offs.
  • Providing support to the Sales Ledger Manager by serving as the primary contact for escalated queries and offering team assistance during peak periods and staff absences

  • Proven experience in credit control.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Excel skills and confidence with credit control systems.
