Responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior Creative Content Specialist to bring fresh, innovative ideas to life through motion graphics, animations, videos, photography, and graphic design.
This role will support the Creative Content Director by executing creative projects, managing content assets, and ensuring the brand’s story comes to life across all platforms.
Concept + Shoot Campaign content for 2-3 drops per month.
Develop video teaser content for social and paid for each drop and launch campaign materials.
Develop an organic youtube strategy to launch within 30 days and maintain ongoing.
Low fi + High fi video shoot + editing.
Collaborate with the Creative Content Director to execute creative concepts for photoshoots, video shoots, and campaigns.
Lead storyboarding, planning, and editing creative projects that showcase the brand’s unique identity.
Bring innovation through unique media types to market products in new ways.
Partner with the marketing and e-commerce teams to deliver assets optimized for various platforms and campaigns.
Collaborate on content planning weekly for social and paid.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and creative techniques to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, photography, videography, or a similar creative role.
Proficiency in design and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and content trends.
Excellent organizational skills for managing content assets and ensuring they are well-maintained.
4+ Years managing other creative team members and leading deadlines.
6+ years of experience in fashion.
Ability to balance creative execution with strategic objectives and timelines.
Strong communication skills with the ability to receive and implement feedback effectively.
