About the role

  • Production Manager overseeing culinary operations and kitchen team at Aramark's Generali-Arena in Vienna. Focus on food preparation, guest interaction, and team leadership with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the kitchen team in the Aramark-operated foodservice outlets at Generali-Arena
  • Prepare fresh dishes and ensure attractive presentation
  • Communicate politely and professionally with guests and clients
  • Responsible for weekly menu planning
  • Perform inventory checks and place reorders
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations as well as internal standards

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a cook / chef
  • Further training as a head chef / kitchen manager or a degree in hotel management is an advantage
  • Relevant professional and leadership experience in the gastronomy / hotel industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and social competence
  • Quality awareness, strong organizational skills and team spirit
  • Solid PC / computer skills
