About the role
- Perform the monthly accounting and management close, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery;
- Analyze results, variances and margins, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing action plans;
- Support the definition of financial KPIs and develop dashboards and performance reports;
- Collaborate closely with business areas to control costs, expenses and investments;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and corporate governance best practices;
- Contribute to strategic planning by providing financial insights and scenario analyses;
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring data quality and traceability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
- Proven experience in controllership, accounting and financial analysis;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and BI tools;
