About the role
- Senior Controller managing purchasing controlling for Occhio, a leading design brand. Collaborating closely with the Director Supply Chain on budget processes and financial optimization.
Responsibilities
- You act as a Business Partner for Procurement and work closely with the Director Supply Chain
- Independently manage and coordinate the budget and forecast process for your procurement area
- Prepare meaningful reports, variance analyses and management presentations
- Analyze cost trends, procurement structures and savings potentials — with a focus on gross margin
- Evaluate and monitor inventory, including working capital optimizations
- Develop and maintain KPIs to manage purchasing and inventory processes
- Support the ERP migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O as a Controlling subject-matter expert
- Contribute to automation and efficiency improvements within the finance function
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in procurement controlling, ideally in a dynamic environment
- Deep understanding of working capital management and inventory valuation
- Analytical thinking, structured working style and a high degree of initiative
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with Power BI (ideally including report development)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and LucaNet is a plus
- Enthusiasm for products, strong team spirit and excellent communication skills
