About the role
- Senior Analyst for Continuous Improvement at Mobyan, enhancing logistics solutions with technology for major clients. Leading Lean projects and improving processes across departments.
Responsibilities
- Identify improvement opportunities in internal processes through critical analyses, performance indicators and process mapping (knowledge of Visio/Bizagi).
- Lead continuous improvement projects focused on waste reduction, cost reduction, productivity increase and process standardization.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma (DMAIC), 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, A3 (strategic), Problem Solving and other tools.
- Conduct workshops and internal training on continuous improvement culture and applicable methodologies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective/preventive actions based on results.
- Work collaboratively with different company areas to ensure effective implementation of improvements.
- Identify improvement opportunities in internal processes through process mapping (VSM - Value Stream Mapping).
- Monitor and audit projects, acting as the methodological coach for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Report the progress/evolution of existing continuous improvement projects.
- Prepare reports and executive presentations with the results of conducted projects.
- Validate Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Develop dedicated training according to area demand.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality, Production or related fields.
- Solid experience with continuous improvement projects, preferably in a logistics or service environment.
- Experience leading Lean projects (Green Belt required; Black Belt is a plus).
- Quality tools (Ishikawa, 5W2H, Pareto, FMEA, etc.).
- Methodologies: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Problem Solving.
- Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Bizagi).
- Power BI or other data analysis tools (desirable).
