Responsibilities
- Responsibility for planning, controlling and implementing complex digital and technology projects
- Independently lead projects and subprojects, especially in the IT and digitalization domain
- Apply traditional and agile project management methods in the PMO or similar roles
- Project governance, budget control and team coordination from acquisition to successful delivery
- Continuously expand expertise in project management and processes within the pharmaceutical, chemical and biotech industries
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent several years of professional experience in project management or (sub-)project leadership
- Experience in consulting and in a Project Management Office (PMO)
- Strong understanding of business, regulatory and organizational interrelationships, particularly in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries
- Confident application of traditional and agile project management methodologies
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent German and English language skills (at least C1 level)
- Attention to detail, initiative and clear customer orientation
- Flexibility, resilience and enthusiasm for professional development
