Responsibilities
Support our clients in the construction industry with the integration of the digital solutions RIB iTWO / RIB 4.0 into their processes
Carry out transformation projects (optimization and new implementation) in medium-sized companies and corporations
Analyze, capture and optimize construction-related processes and map them in RIB iTWO / RIB 4.0
Plan and conduct consulting and training — online and on-site at our clients' locations
Requirements
Degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or comparable construction-related qualification
Several years of professional experience in the construction industry (e.g., estimating, project control/management, site management) or in a comparable environment at a construction software / ERP company
Strong understanding of core construction business processes (estimating/costing, AVA (tendering/contract award/billing), purchasing, construction execution)
Confident use of construction software solutions and strong IT affinity
Strong communication skills, confident and solution-oriented
Enjoy customer-facing work (>50%) — alternating on-site at client locations, at one of the RIB offices, and remotely
Very good German skills (focus on the DACH market) and good English skills
Advantageous: experience in a consulting role, e.g., consultant/trainer, project manager in the construction/IT environment, lecturer in construction at educational institutions, controlling consultant
Knowledge of RIB iTWO / RIB 4.0
Experience in change management processes / process optimizations
