- IT Consultant responsible for Microsoft Endpoint Management support and infrastructure optimization. Collaborating with clients on device rollouts and managing software lifecycle in a leading IT service company.
Responsibilities
- Betreuung unserer Kunden im Bereich Mircrosoft Endpoint Management
- Einrichtung, Betrieb, Administration und Optimierung von Infrastrukturen für das Endpoint Management
- Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Planung und Durchführung von Rollouts von Endgeräten
- Aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten und Übernahme von Verantwortung in Teilprojekten
- Softwareverwaltung in Form von Paketierung über Lifecycle Management bis hin zu Zuweisung
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder entsprechende berufliche Erfahrung
- Fundiertes Know-How im Bereich Endpoint Management
- Erfahrung im administrativen Betrieb von IT-Infrastrukturen inklusive Incident-, Change-, und Release-Management
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens einer der folgenden Technologien: Microsoft Intune, MECM / SCCM, BlackBerry UEM
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit verwandten Technologien wie Entra ID, M365, Autopilot oder Apple Business Manager
- Erfahrung mit mindestens einem der folgenden Betriebssysteme im Kontext des Endpoint Managements: Windows 10 / 11, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, Android
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich Softwarepaketierung und -verteilung
- Idealerweise Zertifizierungen im Bereich der genannten Technologien
- Eigeninitiative, Umsetzungskonsequenz sowie analytisches Denken
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- SÜ1 oder SÜ2 ist von Vorteil
