About the role

Responsibilities
- Advising companies on accounting and financial reporting matters (IFRS / US-GAAP)
- Supporting IPOs in Europe and the USA
- Advising start-ups on their finance roadmap
- Developing solutions for corporate transactions (M&A, IPOs, etc.)
- Implementing solutions operationally and serving as the primary point of contact for clients
- Responsibility for mentoring and managing junior colleagues
- Contributing to technical publications and the development of innovative topics
Requirements
- Completed Master’s degree with good academic results
- At least two years of professional experience in audit, management consulting, or an industry company
- Solid knowledge of IFRS, US-GAAP, HGB and/or financial reporting
- Ability to work independently on projects
- Providing technical and methodological support to less-experienced colleagues
- Team player
- Professional client communication skills in German and English
