About the role

Responsibilities
- Advise on day-to-day Lending Product/Operations compliance risks
- Develop and maintain policies and standards for compliance
- Assist with regulatory risks assessment and control gaps identification
- Liaise with examiners and auditors on compliance reviews
- Prepare and communicate compliance analysis and reporting
- Establish testing and monitoring protocols for compliance assessments
Requirements
- 6+ years of banking or financial services experience, primarily in compliance,
- risk management and/or audit functions
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of direct experience in lending compliance with a focus on consumer credit
- Strong working knowledge of consumer protection laws and regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to think independently
- Solid analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
