Responsibilities
Provide advanced subject matter expertise and compensation consulting to enable Total Rewards, HR and enterprise strategies
Act strategically and proactively to provide solutions to a wide range of compensated related issues
Deliver compensation programs and initiatives
Serve as a strategic thought partner for HR Business Partners and senior leaders
Provide effective counsel and relay implications of options
Support HR Business Partners in compensation processes, programs, and business initiatives
Requirements
5+ years of diverse compensation experience in support of a variety of client functions
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Experience in manufacturing compensation across geographic locations
Previous exposure to international and sales compensation preferred
Advanced analytical and technical skills, including data wrangling, analysis and visualization
Knowledge of Workday preferred
