About the role

Responsibilities
- Operational Planning and Optimization: Lead the planning of contact campaigns and the cascading of targets, ensuring workload accuracy and optimization of dialing routes.
- Data Quality and Performance Reporting: Analyze data and reports to identify patterns and deviations, optimize campaigns, and propose continuous improvements to achieve and exceed targets.
- Projects and Presentations: Develop and lead strategic projects, creating presentation materials (PPT) to communicate analyses and results to leadership.
- Collections KPI Analysis: Monitor and analyze the main metrics across the collections workflow, such as Alô (answered calls), PTP, CPC, Hit Rate, Conversion and Effectiveness, proposing action plans to optimize results.
- Quality Management and Training: Conduct monitoring sessions, provide feedback, and ensure standardization and quality of training and collections strategies.
- Communication and Partner Relationship: Maintain a close relationship with the partner team. Discuss results, challenges and opportunities for automation and tool optimization, using performance reports as the basis for these discussions.
- Financial Control and Analysis: Validate invoices, manage telecommunications costs, and analyze production to ensure cash targets are met.
Requirements
- Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or higher) in Business Administration, Accounting and/or related fields;
- Prior knowledge or experience in collections strategies;
- Knowledge of collections KPIs (PTP, PMR, Recovery Rate, Hit Rate, Conversion and Effectiveness);
- Intermediate Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, IF functions);
- Experience developing controls, processes and improvement projects in collaboration with partners;
- Relationship management with partner offices.
