About the role
- As a Senior Client Insights Analyst at Wake Creators, you'll analyze marketing campaign performance and deliver valuable insights. Collaborate across teams to optimize strategies based on client objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the performance of executed campaigns by combining quantitative data and qualitative analysis to extract meaningful learnings, generate actionable insights, and propose optimization paths for future campaigns.
- Produce campaign reports to ensure our deliverables align with clients' business objectives.
- Participate in meetings with sales, operations teams and clients to understand campaign context, briefs, and objectives.
- Evaluate the performance of influencer marketing campaigns for the company’s key clients using internal data and market indicators.
- Identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement, connecting numbers with strategic narratives.
- Combine quantitative analysis (performance KPIs) with qualitative assessment (content produced, influencer fit, etc.) to produce comprehensive and relevant reports.
- Conduct and review research and studies on trends, behavior, and benchmarks to ensure insights are always contextualized in the current landscape.
- Build evidence-based analyses, turning data into clear and relevant storytelling.
- Produce and present insights reports to clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Business Intelligence, Client Insights, or Social Media.
- Ability to turn numbers into clear stories with strong storytelling skills.
- Ability to balance quantitative analysis with qualitative reading of campaigns, content, and influencer profiles.
- Organized, curious, and proactive in seeking improvements and continuous learning.
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting insights and recommendations to different audiences, including clients.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across different company areas (sales, operations, strategy, etc.).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Looker Studio.
- Advanced English.
- Familiarity with social listening tools such as Stilingue, Brandwatch, and YouScan.
