About the role

  • Sales Executive for B2B channel partnerships at Pulsus, focusing on relationship management and business development through partner networks.

Responsibilities

  • Work with active partners, supporting them in lead generation and deal closing;
  • Closely monitor partners' sales cycles, ensuring predictability and momentum in the pipeline;
  • Join partners on sales visits to present Pulsus and add value to the partner's commercial efforts;
  • Manage and update Opportunity Records (ORs), ensuring accuracy in the sales funnel;
  • Present commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and support partners in articulating the value proposition of the Pulsus solution;
  • Monitor channel KPIs (pipeline, revenue, conversion rate) and report results;
  • Connect partners with internal teams (sales, technical, product) to speed up negotiations and resolve requests;
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales on demand-generation campaigns and activities to accelerate partner-led business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in an indirect model (through channels and partners);
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse partner profiles;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments;
  • Experience with CRM and digital sales tools;
  • Previous experience selling through channel programs or partner ecosystems is considered a significant advantage;
  • Experience in complex negotiations and mediation of channel conflicts;
  • **Residential base in São Paulo or the surrounding region, with mobility to work hybrid 3x/week in São Paulo-SP, __visit clients__ and attend __strategic events__.**
