- Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of existing applications to identify opportunities for consolidation, optimization, and decommissioning

- Analyze and review business criticality of portfolio applications and ensure compliance with organizational standards and strategic goals
- Work closely with diverse and complex stakeholders, including music publishing professionals, IT teams, Portfolio owners, to gather requirements, provide insights, and drive decision-making processes
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret and analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business objectives
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders, Portfolio owners, other Business owners from the organisation to gather and collate data related to application eco-system
- Prepare detailed reports, business cases, and documentation to support application rationalization and migration strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in a Business Analyst role
- Demonstrable evidence of analyzing and documenting complex business processes/ process mapping
- Demonstrable evidence of using Gartner TIME framework and other such frameworks
- Demonstrable experience writing requirements specifications
- Outstanding communication skills
- A proven track record in Software Development
- End-to-end experience of the project lifecycle
- Proven experience interacting directly with end users and stakeholders
- Results-orientated with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A good understanding of Agile project methodology
