About the role

  • Collect and analyze data from multiple sources (financial, sales, market, operational) to identify trends and anomalies.
  • Proactively identify business problems, bottlenecks and opportunities.
  • Perform comparative analyses and competitive benchmarking to identify best practices.
  • Model scenarios and simulate the impact of strategic decisions on the business.
  • Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Interview stakeholders from different departments and organizational levels to understand their needs.
  • Document detailed functional (FRD) and non-functional requirements clearly and concisely.
  • Create use cases and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
  • Prepare technical specifications (SRS) in alignment with development teams.
  • Validate and refine requirements with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment.
  • Collaborate on defining scope, objectives, goals and deliverables for projects and initiatives.
  • Align business objectives with technical capabilities and constraints.
  • Establish success criteria and impact metrics for projects.
  • Proactively manage scope changes and stakeholder expectations.
  • Propose efficient and innovative solutions to improve processes and solve business problems.
  • Evaluate multiple alternatives (in-house development, system acquisition, hybrid approaches).
  • Conduct cost–benefit analysis and calculate ROI for proposed initiatives.
  • Lead prototyping and concept validation with stakeholders to refine solutions.
  • Produce clear and concise executive reports with strategic recommendations.
  • Document processes using BPMN, UML and other industry-standard notations.
  • Create dashboards and data visualizations to support decision-making.
  • Proactively communicate project status, risks and opportunities to all parties involved.
  • Translate technical language into business terms and vice versa to facilitate communication.
  • Ensure ongoing alignment and collaboration between technical teams and business areas.
  • Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions and collaborative meetings.
  • Manage expectations and build bridges of understanding between parties.
  • Manage relationships and expectations of stakeholders at different levels, including C-level, department leaders and technical teams.
  • Communicate effectively and tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts of interest between areas or individuals.
  • Deliver impactful executive presentations.
  • Monitor KPIs and key performance indicators of implemented solutions.
  • Evaluate the real impact of implementations and their adherence to objectives.
  • Propose iterative improvements and optimizations for processes and systems.
  • Document lessons learned to improve future projects and processes.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, digitization and process optimization.
  • Propose digital transformation initiatives aligned with the company’s global strategy.
  • Evaluate new technologies and market trends that can add value.
  • Support organizational change and adoption of new ways of working and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
  • Proven experience in business analysis.
  • Data analysis and Business Intelligence: Proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
  • Advanced SQL and hands-on knowledge of databases (relational and non-relational).
  • APIs and system integration: Understanding of concepts and use for integration.
  • Prototyping tools: Experience with Figma, Adobe XD or similar.
  • Documentation: Experience using tools such as Confluence, Jira.
  • Process modeling: Knowledge and application of BPMN (BizAgi), UML.
  • Agile methodologies: Strong experience with SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe, Lean.
  • Project management tools: Jira, Asana, Monday.com or equivalents.
  • Advanced analytical thinking.
  • Creation and analysis of business metrics (KPIs).
  • Basic financial management: ROI, scenario analysis, benchmarking.
  • Advanced English (mandatory).
