About the role
- Senior Go Backend Developer joining justtrack's team to improve tracking platform and design new microservices. Work in a hybrid setup in Hamburg with focus on backend development and system architecture.
Responsibilities
- Join a team of highly committed developers
- Further develop our tracking platform justtrack by contributing your own ideas
- Create state-of-the-art microservices from scratch
- Take a leading role in designing and implementing new microservices
- Consolidate and standardize the various API variants and user flows in use
- Continuously improve existing code and system architecture
- Collaborate with experts from diverse technical backgrounds and countries
- Work closely with various roles in our cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in backend or cloud software development
- Expert in at least one backend language: Go, Java, PHP, Python, or Node.js
- Solid understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and application design
- Basic familiarity with IaC tools such as Terraform
- Team player, problem-solver, and owner of tasks
