About the role

  • Sr Audit Group Manager overseeing diverse audit teams in the United States. Strategic advisor to leadership and facilitator of key audit discussions.

Responsibilities

  • Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff
  • Oversees and leads a large, significant and/or highly complex, and diverse audit team
  • Strategic advisor to leadership team on the management of the portfolio and financials
  • Facilitates key strategic audit discussions and provides thought leadership to executives
  • Sets operational team direction and collaborates with others to execute on common goals

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Consumer compliance experience, regulatory knowledge, audit experience
  • OCC/FINRA/SEC/CFPB/FED/FDIC examiners welcome
  • CRCM or CIA certified preferred
