About the role

  • Own and continuously evolve the visual brand system across hardware, software, marketing, and spatial environments.
  • Partner with the Head of Brand to set the creative strategy and art direction for the company.
  • Design and direct high-impact visual and motion assets for brand campaigns, launches, and key moments.
  • Translate strategic brand positioning into visual narratives that inspire internal teams and captivate global audiences.
  • Build frameworks that balance consistency, scalability, and creative freshness across all media.
  • Collaborate with industrial design, product design, and marketing to ensure a unified brand experience.
  • Stay ahead of visual, motion, and cultural trends to keep the brand relevant and aspirational.
  • Mentor designers and creative partners, raising the craft and clarity of all brand expressions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brand, visual, and motion design across world-class creative teams or agencies.
  • Proven ability to bridge creative strategy and execution—you can define a vision and bring it to life with exceptional craft.
  • Expert in visual systems, storytelling, typography, motion, and digital design.
  • Experienced working across multiple mediums—digital, physical, spatial, and filmic.
  • Nimble, resourceful, and proactive in fast-moving, highly collaborative environments.
  • Deeply committed to design excellence and the balance between system and soul—ensuring every expression feels both coherent and alive.
  • Passionate about positioning technology brands as global design leaders through bold, distinctive creative.
