Own and evolve iRESTORE’s visual identity system
Maintain layout logic, typography systems, hierarchy, spacing, and visual language
Build brand guidelines that are usable and modular — not theoretical PDFs
Ensure consistency across paid, organic, web, email, packaging, and product
Use AI for concept exploration, layout iteration, static variant generation, and asset adaptation
Design and iterate on homepage, PDPs, and landing pages
Partner closely with CRO to build test-ready creative modules
Build modular email systems that allow Lifecycle managers to self-serve
Develop modular static systems for performance creative
Design and iterate on product packaging and inserts
Collaborate closely with the Head of Creative & Content Production
Manage freelance designers as needed
Requirements
5+ years in design or art direction within DTC, beauty, health, or consumer products
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, packaging, and performance-adjacent work
Deep expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into design workflows
Experience building modular design systems (not just campaigns)
Understanding of how design impacts conversion and customer trust
Health, Beauty, or CPG experience is strongly preferred.
