About the role
- Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for lip-syncing, gesture synthesis, and natural language understanding.
- Integrate LLM-based agents with real-time rendering pipelines.
- Optimize pipelines for low-latency streaming and real-time performance.
- Collaborate on architecture for scalable, efficient AI services.
- Write clean, maintainable code and documentation, and participate in code reviews.
- Stay up to date with the latest research in generative AI, real-time pipelines, and conversational agents.
Requirements
- A self-driven innovator with a growth mindset, capable of thriving in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving ability, curiosity, and a passion for pushing the limits of interactive AI.
- Strong experience in machine learning / deep learning, particularly with models for vision, NLP, or generative media.
- Solid programming skills in Python (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow); familiarity with C++ is a plus.
- Experience with real-time systems, streaming pipelines, or latency-sensitive applications.
- Understanding of LLMs, dialogue systems, or multimodal AI.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., GCP, AWS) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- (Optional) Experience with MLOps and modern software development cycles.
