Develop timely and rigorous quantitative analyses to enhance clients’ decision making
Work closely with the modelling team, structuring economic problems into quantifiable analyses and deriving insights from model results
Contribute to Aurora’s product development by identifying new opportunities and expanding capabilities
Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements and define/deliver project scopes
Communicate findings and recommendations to clients
Play an active role in client engagement: identify issues, form hypotheses, conduct analysis, and synthesize conclusions into recommendations
Work on international projects focused on Poland with exposure to Czechia and Slovakia
Operate in a dynamic, intellectually stimulating environment with autonomy and mentorship from experienced directors
Requirements
A university degree in either a quantitative subject or a social science/environmental studies-related field with interest in quantitative analysis
Recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme or first hands-on experience within the energy sector/consulting/research
An ability to collect, analyse and interpret complex quantitative data and information
Evidence of strong performance in team-oriented environments
An ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical parties
Demonstrated success in project management (e.g., at university) preferred
Strong interest in energy markets; previous professional or academic exposure to energy beneficial
Full professional fluency in English and Polish
Desirable: full professional fluency in Slovak & Czech
Desirable: understanding of the Polish/Czech/Slovak energy sector and challenges
