Identify high-impact, cross-studio opportunities for AI/ML, including for user acquisition optimization, content generation, and player engagement.
Lead the design of AI/ML capabilities that can be reused or adapted by multiple studios, as well as piloting within-studio projects. Partner with the studios and other group functions to integrate AI/ML seamlessly into game and marketing pipelines.
Manage the entire lifecycle of AI/ML products from ideation to experimentation, delivery, iteration and adoption. Incubate pilot projects to validate new approaches before scaling.
Define clear success metrics and track performance post-launch. Actively work with data to improve products and map opportunities.
Translate technical possibilities into business outcomes and user value. Work closely with ML and Data Engineering teams to assess technical feasibility and resource allocation. Ensure that AI systems meet performance, reliability, and compliance standards.
Act as the bridge between group AI, game studios, marketing, and leadership, clearly articulating value and progress. Present roadmaps, outcomes, and learnings to executive stakeholders.
Engage in continuous learning about AI/ML technologies and evaluate their applicability to the gaming industry and Tripledot ecosystem. Actively try the new tools and models on the market and participate in prototyping.

Requirements
6+ years of product management experience in the gaming, media or another industry with consumer digital product focus, several of those working with AI/ML products.
Experience with the established product management practices and craft, together with a practical ability to Get Stuff Done.
Excellent project management, communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in using a combination of data analysis, user research and intuition for strategic decision-making and feature optimisation. Hands on data analysis skills.
Understanding of the lifecycle of ML products and how to drive these projects towards completion and engage with stakeholders around the uncertainty inherent in the AI/ML products and product development.
Ability to play an active role and be a supportive counterpart to engineers in technical discussions and to business stakeholders in critical business projects.
Hands-on experience of putting together prototypes or own projects with the new generation of AI tools.
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics), another quantitative applied field or equivalent experience is preferred.
Understanding the gaming industry, its players and its monetization practices is a bonus.
