Responsibilities
Develop AI agents capable of handling tasks like prioritization, resource allocation, and timeline updates, while enabling them to communicate and learn.
Integrate LLMs into these agents to improve contextual understanding, decision-making, and user interactions.
Develop prompts, strategies, and systems that optimize LLM outcomes.
Create intelligent workflows that adapt dynamically based on user inputs, patterns, and system insights.
Design and build scalable backend services on AWS to support the deployment, integration, and operation of AI agents.
Develop and maintain knowledge bases using vector embeddings.
Prototype and experiment with cutting-edge generative AI techniques to push the boundaries of what’s possible with Burai’s platform.
Continuously test and refine AI agents to improve accuracy, response quality, and scalability.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend development and AI/ML integration.
Experience in developing processes based on generative AI models, with hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience working with vector databases such as Qdrant, Weaviate, Milvus, Chroma or similar.
Strong proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js or Go).
Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., Langchain, Hugging Face). TensorFlow, PyTorch nice to have.
Familiarity with building and optimizing APIs and handling large-scale data processing.
Proficiency in both relational and NoSQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, Neo4j, MongoDB).
Understanding of best practices in software development, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and testing strategies.
Fluency in English, the company’s working language.
