About the role

• Senior AI Engineer responsible for redesigning MICE Desks core product into a multi-agent architecture. Building agents for automating MICE processes and architecting the global hospitality data lake.

Responsibilities

• Transform product into a fully agentic system
• Redesign Rocket (MiceDesks core product) into a multi-agent architecture with autonomous decision-making and workflow execution
• Build agents that automate all major MICE processes: availability checks, pricing logic, offer creation, approvals, contracting, follow-ups, and post-booking operations
• Implement robust LLM pipelines using: AWS Bedrock, Local & fine-tuned LLMs, Vector DBs & embedding strategy, Knowledge Models (Hotel Specific Knowledge HSN)
• Create deterministic, reliable agent behaviors in a complex operational environment
• Build Hospitality's Largest AI Data Platform
• Architect and scale the global hospitality data lake, unifying PMS, CRM, RFP, event, and operational datasets
• Create a canonical data model that scales from single properties to clusters and global chains
• Build the intelligence layer powering: Predictive demand, Revenue optimization, Process automation, Profile graph models, Operational insight engines

Requirements

• Deep AI engineering expertise
• Strong experience with LLM systems, agentic architectures, and advanced prompting & reasoning frameworks
• Hands-on with: AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, Local LLMs (Llama, Mistral, Qwen), Vector databases and retrieval architectures
• Solid background in: Data Engineering, Data Science, Knowledge graphs, Event-driven and scalable backends, Architecture-level thinking
• Ability to design complex, production-grade multi-agent systems that are reliable, auditable, explainable, fast and scalable
• Startup DNA — strong bias for execution; thrives in early-stage environments; ambitious, fast, and comfortable with ownership; motivated by the AI wave (2024–2027) and ready to build a unicorn; wants to shape a massive, under-digitized industry with real global impact
• Bonus: Experience with enterprise integrations or workflow automation
• Background in operationally complex industries (logistics, travel, machinery, marketplaces)
• Experience building copilots or agent-based automation tools
