About the role

• AI Engineer - Consultant at pmOne AG developing AI solutions and assisting clients in integrating them. Working on both On-Prem and Cloud solutions to enhance business processes and value.

Responsibilities

• Help our clients apply Artificial Intelligence in a practical and effective way.
• Develop smart solutions, provide implementation advice, and ensure AI is seamlessly integrated into existing processes.
• Guide clients on their transition to AI-driven processes and develop solutions that create real business value.
• Design AI solutions and integrate software into clients' complex system landscapes — both on-premises and in the cloud.
• Identify AI opportunities, structure requirements, and ensure business value remains the central focus for the client.
• Prepare and analyze data, and integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems and processes.
• Support clients with adoption, change management, and governance, guiding them through successful solution rollouts.
• Actively participate in developing consulting concepts, delivery models, proofs of concept, and pilot projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience in software development and deploying software solutions (on-premises and cloud).
• Analytical thinking, a structured work approach, and the ability to successfully manage complex projects.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and understandably — both internally and to clients.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science.
• Enthusiasm for new technologies and the motivation to actively shape AI projects.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
• Willingness to travel (approx. 20%).
