Responsibilities
- Umfassende Beratung unserer Kunden im Bereich KI bei der Lösungserstellung Ihrer Systeme, Verfahren und Entwicklungsprozesse
- Konzeption, Entwicklung und Betrieb von Cloud- und On-Premise Softwaresystemen im Themenbereich KI und BigData, insb, LLM basierte Lösungen
- Auswahl, Integration und Training von Deep Learning Modellen
- Beratung bei der Auswahl der verwendeten Technologie-Stacks
- Überführung der Modelle in performante, produktionsreife Softwaresysteme
- Präsentation und Kommunikation im KI-Umfeld
- Durchführung von Design- und Code-Reviews
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung oder Promotion
- Studium Informatik oder technisches Studium mit IT-Hintergrund oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erfahrungen mit PyTorch oder Tensorflow, idealerweise mit LLMs, Spracherkennung, NLP oder Bilderkennung
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse von aktuellen DeepLearning Methoden und Architekturen
- Vertiefte Erfahrung in Python und mindestens einer weiteren Programmiersprache wie z.B. Rust, Kotlin, C#, Swift oder Java
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in Methoden der Softwareentwicklung
- Kenntnisse in Big Data-Architekturen und -Technologien wie Hadoop, Spark, Storm, Flink, Kafka, Elastic, Cassandra, Neo4J sowie anderen NoSQL-Datenbanken von Vorteil
- Fundiertes mathematisches, algorithmisches Verständnis
- Erfahrung mit Docker
- Erfahrung mit K8S, OpenShift von Vorteil
- Vertrautheit mit gängigen Cloud-Plattformen und -Technologien
- Selbständiges, zielorientiertes und methodisches Vorgehen
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Lernfähigkeit
- Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
