Responsibilities
- The person will create generative AI and machine learning solutions for conversational products using WhatsApp and Twilio, including direct involvement in prompt engineering, software engineering, data analysis, and model development.
- We work in an agile model focused on delivering results through experiments and short validation cycles. Therefore, we are looking for someone who enjoys and is comfortable working in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment and who follows strong software engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Python, designing and experimenting with ML models;
- Experience with projects involving LLMs and prompt engineering;
- Conducts consistent and clear quantitative analyses, from problem framing through presentation of results;
- Documents and communicates data-driven insights to colleagues from diverse backgrounds;
- Participates in fast iterative cycles related to training/tuning, testing, and deploying models;
- Familiar with NLP techniques, information retrieval, and optimization;
- Willing to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to define, design, implement, and evolve machine learning models and pipelines;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Florianópolis, SC.
